STAGE 1

Contact JTS Energy by any of the above or fill in the contact form on this site:

STAGE 2

A convenient appointment time will be arranged. You will then receive through the post or download a copy of the terms and conditions of the assessment as well as a questionnaire. Please fill these in, sign and produce to the assessor on the day of the assessment.

STAGE 3

The energy assessor arrives at the property, and using the information given on the questionnaire proceeds with the survey. This can take up to 60 minutes  depending on the complexity and size of the property.

STAGE 4
The assessor then creates the EPC and either emails you a link  or arranges to get to your EPC document to you as quickly as possible. We aim to turnaround EPC's within three working days from the time of the assessment.
